Currently, all orders are shipped via Courier DPD with full tracking.

Courier (DPD) - 10 EUR
You always pay 10 EUR no matter how many products you order.
Shipping price will be automatically add and display during order process.
All parcels are insured.
Delivery only to EU Countries:

Delivery Time
All orders are realize in 5 days.
Delivery time after send:
EU Countries - 3-4 days.
After sending an order, "Tracking" option will appear next to your order in "My Account". There you can track down your delivery.
If You don't receive order in 4 days after send, please log in and use the Tracking option or Contact us.
Reclamation
All products are covered by the Manufacturer Warranty.
Full refunds will be issued if products experience manufacturing defects and we can not exchange because products is out of stock.

The refunded cost of returning goods to us can only be guaranteed when reclamation is reasonable.
Returns
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them. Return will be allowed only within ten days from the Date of Receipt. All returned goods must be unused with all original tags.
All refunds after return do not include shipping.
